Stomach pain and diarrhea is very common condition felt by many people.

2. Stomach pain and diarrhea is also cause by undigested food in the stomach. To avoid this, eat only a right amount of food. Avoid over eating, this cause the enzymes in the stomach to work abnormally which in the later resulted to cramping, bloating, constipation and diarrhea.

3. If your going to eat foods that are commercially sold in the streets, makes sure that the food is still hot when it serve to you. This is to make sure that the food serve to you is freshly cooked and not spoiled.

4. Always wash your hand before eating your meals to avoid stomach pain and diarrhea. It is best that you always bring an alcohol or hand sanitizer.

There is also treatment for diarrhea in case it hits you in an expected manner. One thing you need to do is to take medicine called loperamide. It is the generic name use to treat diarrhea. In addition, diarrhea can cause dehydration, to avoid this drink plenty of water and take a rest.

Furthermore, applying heat compress in the stomach will also help alleviate the pain cause by diarrhea. However, if the symptoms persist for three days, try to consult your doctor.

There are cases that diarrhea is cause by other complication such as hepatitis, gastroenteritis, Appendicitis, and stomach ulcer. It should be diagnosed and treated immediately to avoid repetitive diarrhea and abdominal pain.
