How to calculate your number: The basic number of every human being is the sum of the digits of his birth date.


For instance, if your birth date is November 20, the basic number is the sum of 2 and 0 i.e. 2 (2+0=2). If your date of birth is a single digit, then your number is the digit itself. For date of birth June 7, the number will be 0+7= 7.

On the whole you will enjoy good health this year, but don't forget to get a complete medical checkup before March. Brisk walking throughout the year will help you maintain your weight.
